Supersekrit Extra Cheesy Edition?

I'm thinking about making a change.

I've been unhappy with the customer service (or lack thereof) I've received from iUniverse as the POD supplier for The Milkman. So I'm shopping around. I may have found a company I like, but I don't want to say too much yet. I'm thinking a few changes will be in order. First and foremost, I think I'd rather it be in a 5.5x7 pocket book edition instead of a 6x9 trade paperback (I hate the TPB format for non-graphic novels). A new cover design is definitely in order, so watch this space because there will be a contest...

And most importantly, I can create my own publishing imprint, which is something I've dreamed of since I first wanted to get into comic books many years ago. I'm kicking around some ideas for titles and logos and such. This imprint wouldn't necessarily just be used for The Milkman, but possibly for future projects like collections of The Adventures of the S-Team webcomics or any other self-published books I might decide to print (The Milkman 2, possibly the Just Cause books).

I'll let you all know.

I have to say, my dear Knight Ian, that I enjoy a trade paperback. They seem more elegant to me, and easier to handle.

But if you change it, then I'll have one of the old versions, and it will be worth more when you're famous! Hmm, what a dilemma.

Hmmmmm.... iUniverse, poor customer service. Seems like I remember hearing that somewhere before.

Hope everything is good up there where the air is thin brotha...

Sometimes I prefer a TPB because they can be a little easier to hold. But you gotta do what's best for you and your words.

Sherri: To me TPBs seem so, I don't know...THIN.

Kiyotoe: Things are going as well as can be expected, Brutha Dragon.

Travis: I'm waiting for someone to talk me out of it.
