Rainy Day Parade - Jill Sobule
Natalia has started a new blog and she asked me on Facebook the other day if I was still blogging. I said "of course I am," and gave her the link.
Then I realized it had been awhile since I updated, and figured I'd better at least fill you all in on the salient points of my writing career:
- I have no book deal. I keep saying "yet" in the hopes that one is lurking on the horizon.
- I hate my website. Still working on it.
- I'm revising Pariah's Moon, and through 9 chapters I've managed to add around 7000 words, which is excellent considering the previous draft was about 25,000 words too short to be considered as a novel (I'm shooting for low to mid 80s as a target).
- I'm almost done with the 2nd chapter of the sequel, Pariah's War.

3 Critics:
Yeah, I asked because I came over and it had been a while since you had posted. I know you are so busy with your writing that you might have given it up. Glad you are still around, though. :)
After crossing the agent threshold - once deemed a sort of "peak" - the next wait is the one for an actual sale.
I have not watched "Sideways" since getting an agent.
And I may not watch it again until I'm signing a book deal.
If you're busy with your life, then that's probably a good thing!
